R&R Development Group was formalized in 2021, but the work started long before that. The team behind R&R has been developing residential land across the Greater Raleigh area for over 20 years — building relationships with landowners, navigating entitlements, and delivering finished lots to builders across the Triangle.
The first land deal the group developed goes back to 2006. Since then, the team has delivered 33 communities and over 2,800 finished lots across Wake, Johnston, Harnett, and Lee counties.
R&R was born out of a simple observation: landowners and builders both deserve to deal with the people who actually make the decisions. No acquisition committees. No regional approval processes. No layers of corporate distance between a handshake and a closing.
